Factors to be considered in the choice of surface machining methods for CNC machining parts

The machining method of CNC workpiece surface depends on the technical requirements of the machining surface.  However, it should be noted that these technical requirements are not necessarily the requirements specified in the parts drawing, and may sometimes be higher than the requirements on the parts drawing in some way due to technical reasons.  As a result of the datum does not overlap and improve the surface processing requirements of some CNC workpiece.  Or as a result of being used as a fine benchmark and may put forward higher processing requirements.  When the technical requirements of each CNC Machining workpiece surface are clarified, the final machining method that can guarantee the requirements can be selected accordingly, and the required number of work steps and the processing method of each work step can be determined.  The selected CNC machining method should meet the requirements of quality of parts, good processing economy and high production efficiency.  To this end, the following factors should be considered when selecting the processing method:

1. There is a considerable range of machining accuracy and surface roughness obtained by any CNC machining method, but only in a narrow range is economic, and the machining accuracy of this range is economic machining accuracy.  Therefore, when selecting the machining method, the corresponding machining method which can obtain the economic machining accuracy should be selected.  
2. To consider the nature of CNC processing material.  
3. The structure shape and size of CNC processing parts should be considered.  
Consider productivity and economy requirements.  High efficiency advanced technology should be adopted for mass production.  It can even radically change the way blanks are manufactured, reducing the amount of labor required for machining.  
5.
